Autonomous players: no more queue behind a patrolling NPC
Facing a patrolling NPC, players went back and forth behind an obstacle without being detected as stuck. Progress is now measured against a fixed anchor.

About ten draenei stayed lined up behind an obstacle trying to turn in a quest to a patrolling NPC. Each new path towards its current position made them step forward and back a few metres, fooling the stuck detector.
For the same goal, progress is now the minimum distance reached to a fixed anchor (the target's first known position). If it does not drop by at least 1 m within 45 s, the goal is set aside for 10 min.
