"AI status" panel: Crashtroller's activity live

The panel now shows the character played by the server: level, zone, current activity and immediate goal, refreshed every minute.

/api/status accepts a validated character object (name, level, alive, activity, goal, zone and subzone in FR and EN).
ai-status.py reads the status published by mod-free-will and resolves zone and subzone names through AreaTable.dbc (French and English clients).
Activities are translated by the site (combat, hunting, quest, travel, resting…); the detailed goal, written in French by the module, only shows on the FR version.
Status is re-posted as soon as the site restarts, so the pre-rendered home page never stays "offline" after a deploy.
