New server foundation: official AzerothCore core and verified client data
The upcoming server starts from the official AzerothCore core (master branch, no modules) and 3.3.5a (12340) client data whose integrity was checked file by file.
Server data
- dbc, maps, vmaps, mmaps and Cameras: official AzerothCore client-data v20.0 package (latest release).
- Check: package SHA-256 matches the one published by the project, then CRC comparison of the 22,279 installed files: 0 difference, 0 missing or extra file.
French dbc (frFR)
- Extracted directly from a clean French 3.3.5a client with the
map_extractorbuilt from the official core. - Only the client's standard MPQs are loaded: the extractor automatically loads any
patch-frFR-N.MPQ, so an added patch would be excluded. - Check: build 12340 confirmed; 246 dbc whose numeric values all match the official dbc (only texts differ).

- Source:
azerothcore/azerothcore-wotlk,masterbranch, commit8c53e9f(2026-10-10), no modules, no local changes. - The extraction tools from the previous version (Playerbots fork + modules) were removed; the official core's tools replace them.
