Showcase less exposed and gear gifts between characters
The showcase group changes zone as soon as it gets too hard and no longer scatters by going back to town after a death streak; characters now mail each other gear that better suits someone else.

Showcase group
The showcase group had scattered in the Ghostlands: repeated deaths against a level 21 wandering rare and undead, then hearthstone trips to town and half an hour of travel to come back.
- No more hearthstone for a member after a death streak, nor fleeing when its demon dies in a group fight.
- Zone change after four group deaths in fifteen minutes, or when the zone is too high for the least advanced member.
- Wandering monsters: patrol avoidance is set by the group's least advanced member, and a wandering rare or elite is avoided from one level higher; members following the leader benefit too.
Gear gifts
Every two minutes, each character may pick from its bags an item that does not improve it and mail it to the faction companion who benefits most, as in a guild. On the test server, a warrior thus sent leather leggings to a hunter. The effect on gear will be measured over several hours.
Other fixes
- Unreachable vendors: 90 seconds without progress towards a vendor and it is set aside for a quarter of an hour.
- Measurement tool: an aberrant experience reading skewed a comparison; impossible gains are now discarded.
Two paired validations (18 and 26 clones): stable indicators, no crash.
