Autonomous players: skinning, little hops while running, and real AFK breaks
After herbalism, autonomous players learn skinning: they buy a knife and skin the beasts they have just killed. They hop now and then while running, like any player, and their AFK breaks finally trigger wherever they are.

- Skinning: a player who already knows herbalism learns skinning from a trainer, then buys a skinning knife from a vendor who sells one. After looting a beast they killed, they skin it if their skill allows (the server rule applies: enough skill for the animal's level). Leathers and hides fill the bags and get sold.
- Hops while running: on a long outdoor trip out of combat, a player jumps about every 45 seconds for no reason, as many players do out of habit. Only on flat, dry ground.
- AFK: the AFK break almost never triggered, because the player had to be standing still at decision time. Now, somewhere quiet, they stop where they are (and dismount) to step away for a few minutes.
Meanwhile gathering is in full swing: 626 herbs picked in the half hour after guilds arrived, and 24 thank-yous for buffs.
